1. What are the hours at the landfill?

• Monday - Saturday
  7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Hours of operation are subject to change during holiday weeks. Please arrive in time to unload and exit landfill by 3:30 pm

Holiday schedules are posted in "The Gleaner" and WSON.

2. What day is my garbage picked up?

Call Public Works at (270) 854-2059 with the specific address.

3. What is the charge for brush / trash pickup?

• $30 for a pickup truckload
• $60 for a dump truckload

The charge will be added to your utility bill.

4. What items can you take to the transfer station or landfill?

Anything but free flowing liquids, tires, paint, oil, and batteries.

No refrigerators or freezers unless freon has been removed by a licensed technician.
