This project has allowed the City to identify a potential partnership with Habitat for Humanity where inner-city residents that are homeowners and/or small-business owners can apply for up to a $1,000 matching grant to improve the exterior aesthetics of their homes or businesses.
This opportunity is not available for landlords at this time.
The program is currently in progress and more details will be released soon with plans to open the first grant cycle in Spring 2025.
