IMPORTANT: You must request cancelations at least 3 business days prior to your draft date, otherwise it will be drafted and a NSF fee may apply if rejected.
We now offer paperless billing! If you choose to participate in this method, you will no longer receive a bill in the mail; instead you will be notified by email and able to view your bill days before a bill would be delivered to your home or business. However, if your payment is late for any reason, a late notice will still be mailed in the traditional manner. A notification from "Web Admin" will appear in you inbox approximately 10 days prior to your due date.
For Move-Out and Move-In requests please fill out and email the following form (Residential | Commercial | Move Out) to Moving@hendersonky.gov. Request cannot be done same day. All requests will take a minimum of one (1) buisness day and can be submited up to ten (10) calendar days in advance.
For any other questions please email or call 270-831-4996.
Concerned about being turned off? Due to COVID-19, we are not assessing any late fees or disconnections on Residential Accounts until May 18, 2020. There is no need to request an extension during this period.
Plese email us at UtilityHoldRequest@hendersonky.gov and let us know when and how much you can pay so we can note your accounts. We strongly suggest paying what you can to reduce the strain of paying one lump sum at a later date.
If any owner of rental properties would like to be added to our phone/auto list please fill out an Authorization Form and return with copy off deeds if not already recorded at our office. This will allow you to call, email, or have utilities put back in your name after a tenant has requested they be taken out of their name. If a tenant’s account is close to non-payment this contract will not apply.
To notify us of new tenants, close an existing account which we have an ongoing Landlord contract, or inquire about any rental properties in your name, email LandlordRequest@hendersonky.gov.
Contact us if you notice high consumption or if you suspect a possible leak.
